Our GEMS Financial, Payroll, Human Resources and Utility Billing solution has been serving hundreds of customers across 33 states since 1983. A dedicated team of domain experts continues to support our active community of GEMS users today.
Our GEMS community of customers is an active one. Many host and attend regional user group meetings throughout the year, and between 60-90 users make a point to attend the Harris Customer Training Conference annually as well.
Some have become early adopters and are in the process of moving to our CitySuite solution. Others are happy with the current features and functions of their GEMS Software, and they continue to receive superb technical and customer support from our GEMS domain experts.
