As the year comes to a close, we’re gearing up for the release of the 2024 year-end service pack on December 15, 2024. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth update process.
Key dates and compatibility
This year-end update is independent of the 24.12 version release. To ensure compatibility, confirm your production environment is on one of the following supported versions:
- CitySuite Financials and Payroll: 06, 23.12, 24.06, 24.12
- Innoprise Financials: 8x
- Innoprise Payroll: 28.x
If your system is not on a supported version, please contact Barrett Jelvik for assistance.
Action required
We need your input to coordinate deployment. Please complete the 2024 year-end customer information form to:
- Specify your production version for Finance and/or Payroll.
- Provide your primary contact for deployment coordination.
Note: If you use both Finance and Payroll, submit a form for each. No support ticket is required to receive the service pack.
Next steps
After the service pack release, we’ll send a deployment request link. A member of our TechOps team will then contact your designated representative to schedule deployment.
