Harris ERP currently has an opening for a technical operation systems administrator whose role will be to ensure that our mission critical software solutions are always up and running for our municipal clientele.

What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining and upgrading systems: You will conduct regular maintenance to keep our systems in peak condition and plan strategic upgrades to incorporate the latest features and security enhancements.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution: Quick and effective problem-solving is key in this role. You’ll assess a variety of technical situations, ranging from server and network operations to software configuration issues. Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you will ensure that any technical challenges are addressed swiftly and efficiently.
- Monitoring and optimization: Keeping a close eye on system performance will be part of your daily routine. You’ll conduct performance tuning and optimization to enhance efficiency, helping our software run smoothly and effectively. Your proactive approach will help prevent issues before they impact our customers.
- Documentation and collaboration: Accurate and comprehensive documentation is essential for maintaining consistency and knowledge sharing. You’ll document system configurations, processes and routines while working collaboratively with your peers.
