Release of Innoprise Work Management v2.10.0

We’re pleased to announce the release of Innoprise Work Management v2.10.0. Release notes regarding this release and prior releases are available on eSupport. To check the version you are on, please access the About page, as shown below.

Below is a brief summary of the major enhancements provided in this release:

  • Work Management reports now run in Internet Explorer.
  • Addition of Operators functionality for assets.
  • Ability to email operators when the asset service is due and completed.
  • Ability to add attachments on warranty and procedures.
  • Ability to copy assets.
  • Ability to limit Work Orders to one asset.
  • Added “Primary Asset” field on Work Order Input screen.
  • Added Asset Reference number on Work Request Input screen.
  • Ability to print job from job screen and job selector from under the asset.
  • Ability to rename the asset classes and make them active/Inactive from configuration.
  • Added ability to add common repository of task lists for easy maintenance.
  • Ability to email the notes to Work Order/Work Request contacts.

To Access

  • Log in to eSupport.
  • Select Downloads, Documentation.
  • Select Harris ERP as the “Division.”
  • Select Innoprise as the “Family.”
  • Select Work Managementfrom the “Category” list box.
  • Download the release notes (.pdf).
