NPS is our customer satisfaction program. We use the program to obtain your insight regarding our service levels. We turn your feedback into action.

What we’ve done with your feedback….

  • Increased our staff – You told us that we needed more staff to make your experience better so over the last nine months we’ve hired more staff for all of our teams that assist you! Research & Development, Client Services and now Professional Services.
  • Video process guides included with release notes – in an effort to provide better understanding of enhancements to our software, we have begun including video guides (available on eSupport) along with our standard release documentation.
  • You told us that you are, at times, waiting for someone with proper knowledge to answer your support questions. We are continuing our cross training efforts on an aggressive basis, so more staff is available to respond to your needs at any given time.
  • We’ve re-established your client liaison! Donna Parker is YOUR Client Experience Manager. She is available to assist you with any questions or concerns to make your experience with Harris ERP the best it can be.
