Regional User Group News
October 22, 2013

Members of the Pacific West Regional User Group recently experienced a day filled with learning, sharing, and fun. The City of Brighton hosted the meeting on September 25, 2013 that was attended by 25 participants from 5 cities.

The City of Brighton graciously provided the conference facilities, breakfast snacks, full lunch, and afternoon treats. Sheri Cliff did a wonderful job coordinating all of the tasks performed by the City. Many thanks to the City and to Sheri for their time and effort!

The attendees enjoyed a day filled with presentations covering the Innoprise Financial, HR/PR, Community Development and Citizen Access applications. Tom Kessler from the City also gave an informative presentation on how the City implemented and uses PCARDs. Users also held roundtable breakout sessions to share their tips, techniques, and experiences using the Innoprise products.

Regional user groups are a great way to learn and share information with new colleagues. Another conference is already in the early planning stages for March 2014. We hope to see you there!
